]]> Superfly was very happy to be invited to the very first Fitness Fest to share the love of Movement!  We designed a special Parkour Playspace using our scaffolds and boxes creating an amazing space for everyone to discover possibility through movement at our workshops.  It was awesome to see all our workshops packed with people of all ages and  was particularly encouraging to see so many females keen to try Parkour!
